I saw this picture of Hugo Weaving running around on 4chan, and for some reason instantly thought of the Joker. So I couldn't resist on trying to photomanipulate it the best way I could, and this is how it turned out. 
I based his Joker looks on the design from the Game Batman: Arkham Asylum (personally one of my favorite Jokers).
I belive Hugo actually could play a pretty decent Joker.
And please, go easy on the "Mr. Batman jokes" please
